Since 1995 in Ukraine works Ukrainian Realtors Association (URA) - the public noncommercial organization. Our organization unites representatives from 25 regions of the country. This professional community of the Ukrainian realtors reflects interests of economic development not only the Ukrainian market of the real estate, but also the country as a whole.

Creating Association, we were guided by understanding of necessity of the not state public regulation and interest in creation of market maximum effective and dynamically developing socially - claimed.

We are sure, that the market of the real estate is reflection of a social, political and economic situation in the country. At the same time, the astable market of the real estate can render negative influence on a course of economic reforms - to brake them. The not settled market can be a source of social intensity in a society, because today one of the acute problems in our country - housing.

As public association the Association is called to serve creation economic, legal mechanisms of formation of the civilized market of the real estate. Main goal of our organization is the association of the realtors around of the general problems and interests, protection of rights the realtors, expansion of opportunities of professionals in enterprise, methodical and technical development. We aspire to increase of a degree of service of clients and maintenance of protection of interests of all subjects of the market. Our purpose, in this sense, - removal from the market of unscrupulous and not professional elements. The Association counts the debt maintenance of legality of operations with the real estate, an information transparency of the market, participation in optimization of a tax policy of the state. The Association carries out orders of the members in different areas of public and professional life. We develop the first in Ukraine a package of documents on licensing and certification of activity of the realtors.

The Association accepts active participation in development of the bill "About realtors activity" and others normative and the acts regulating work of the market of the real estate. We work above creation of the uniform educational program for the realtors. The Ukrainian Realtors Association aspires to raise a level of prestige of a trade of the realtor. We constantly cooperate with mass media and means public relations, social and corporate advertising, we influence formation of a public opinion. Principles of foreign policy of Association remain constant - we always are open for cooperation and partnership. Our organization supports communications with colleagues from the different countries. We aspire to exchange experience, we inform each other on our problems and achievements. The association constantly cooperates and spends joint scientific-practical conferences and seminars with the International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) and National Realtors Association (NAR).
